The new Center of Excellence Building is estimated at 34,000 GSF and includes a new 400 space parking deck with associated parking lot and roadwork. The Center of Excellence building program includes 14-20 new labs/classrooms, multipurpose/corporate incubator/breakout spaces, and support spaces for the new facility. Preliminary site locations for the Center of Excellence and the parking structure have been identified and will be confirmed as part of the preliminary design phase. It is anticipated that construction of the parking structure will proceed the construction of the Center of Excellence.
