The City of Banning is soliciting bids for all parts, labor, equipment, and materials required for bird trapping and removal; clean-up; and netting and/or alternative deterrent devices. Services to be provided to the City’s Police Station located at 125 East Ramsey Street. A large pigeon population has taken up residence under solar panels attached to parking lot covers. The City of Banning ultimately desires to create an avian-free environment in the area.
