The Blanco Road Phase II Project begins at West Oak Estates and extends north approximately 3.2 miles just past Borgfeld Drive. The Project will expand Blanco Road from an existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided roadway consisting of one 12-foot travel lane, one 11-foot travel lane, and a five-foot bicycle lane in each direction. Sidewalk will be constructed on the northbound side only. Additional improvements include a raised median, traffic signal improvements at the Blanco Road/Slumber Pass intersection, drainage improvements, and other operational improvements. Questions due by Feb 28th @ 4:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
