The work consists of demolition of existing roofing and wet insulation materials; installation of new roof insulation and new fully adhered single ply roofing. A recover re-roof will be installed at the locations indicated on the roof plan. Installation of new skylight panels and lashings at four skylight locations. Repair of the EIFS walls at locations indicated in the construction drawings. The base bid includes additional miscellaneous scope of work items.
