Remove existing LP gas water boiler and replace with Owner supplied Natural Gas fired modular boiler having an approximate input of 500 MBH and output of 425 MBH. Boiler must be converted to LP gas. Modular unit must have circulation pump (size as required), with cut off valves on intake and outlet. Install owner supplied sediment/air separator, on new primary loop, new backflow preventer before the water make up. Water make up with copper pipe and ball valves and new pressure reducing valve to be installed. The existing expansion tanks to be removed and new expansion tank with bladder installed. Pipe running from the system heating to the expansion tank will need to be ¾” or larger copper pipe. Water pipe incoming and outgoing to be sized to match existing size/as needed. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
