Contractor shall complete the maintenance activities required for the bridge repair and rehabilitation program for all 19 City-owned bridges, including maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, sealing of bituminous cracks and joints, installation of asphalt concrete, restoration of spalled areas, sealing of concrete cracks,rehabilitation and vegetation removal of bridge expansion joints, rehabilitation of structural steel, replacement of anchor bolts, installation of aluminum pipe handrail and guardrail, installation of riprap, replacement of guardrail posts, coating of existing structural steel, and the installation of single post signs. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
