Class of work: Sanitary Sewer. The intent of this contract is to repair existing utilities that were impacted by the 2005 Bridgeview Court Landslide and construct drainage improvements for collection and conveyance of surface and groundwater to the stormwater system. The following is a summary of the major elements of Work that are to be provided by the Contractor. 1. Replacement of sanitary sewer pipe 2. Replacement of storm sewer pipe 3. Construction of subsurface drainage improvements Project Substantial Completion shall be 30 days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion.
