Access and work for each manhole will require construction mats. Raise 11 manholes to insure that top is 2 feet above the 100 year flood elevation. Clean and line 11 manholes using cured in place method. Replace 5 manholes; and clean and do televised inspection on 3,100 feet of the 30 inch sewer pipe prior to rehabilitation. Rehabilitate approximately 3,100 feet of 30 inch sewer pipe using cured in place pipe to line the old pipe. Perform televised inspection of 3100 feet of pipe after rehabilitation to insure CIPP rehabilitation was successful.
