The contractor furnish all equipment, materials, labor and consumables required to perform clearing of all vegetation contained within the Fayette County Water System Easement. Clearing shall consists of cutting all trees at ground level, grinding stumps and removing or chipping all branches within the easement area. Branches leaning into easement up to 10 feet vertically shall be cut back.
