Construction work includes, but is not limited, to the following: Abatement work includes the abatement of floor tiles and mastic. Demolition work includes removal of gyp board walls, ceilings, lighting, duct-work, and finishes. Architectural work includes new gwb partitions, doors, ceilings, and furnishings. Mechanical work includes new duct work, registers, diffusers, and VAV box. Electrical work includes new receptacles, lighting, lighting controls, outlets and conduit for data system and modifications to fire alarm system. Sprinkler work includes relocate and add sprinkler heads. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
