The City of Kennesaw is accepting sealed bids from service providers interested in building and site demolition for the property identified as 2570 Cobb Parkway NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. The successful proposer shall be required to obtain a demolition permit from the City of Kennesaw and successfully pass a final inspection upon completion of work. Payment for the work performed will be made in one (1) lump sum payment after passing final inspection. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City of Kennesaw also reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities relative to any or all bids or proposals and to request any additional information or clarification deemed necessary for the evaluation of any bid or proposal.
