SCOPE AND LOCATION OF WORK The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, transportation, supervision, services, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the underground electric system except for the work that will be done by the City of Burbank. The work shall consist of the construction of the underground electric system including the cutting and removal of existing pavement, sidewalk, and substructures; furnishing, installing, and concrete encasing PVC conduits; excavating for, furnishing and installing precast pullboxes, handholes, and padmount pads; grounding; trenching; backfill; compaction; retaining walls around electric structures; traffic control (including signs and barricades); work around energized primary and secondary conductors; temporary paving; permanent pavement; and everything called for in the specifications whether specifically mentioned in this paragraph or not. Bonds required. Q&A due by 04/22/19 at 2Pm. Prevailing wages.
