The City of San Antonio is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the following improvements on Bynum Avenue; existing roadway section has major ponding issues in and around existing curb ramps and side streets. A school zone exists within south half of project with roadside flashing beacons that are to be upgraded to overhead mast arm beacons. Existing retaining walls around curb ramps and utilities will need to be replaced along the length of project to accommodate existing ground elevation differences. Reconstruct Bynum from W. Gerald to S.W. Military with curbs, sidewalks, driveway approaches, drainage, signal upgrades, bike lanes, and other improvements as appropriate and within available funding. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
