Construct a 1,750sf Addition to the existing Cafeteria for expanded dining. Work include modifications to the existing Technology Lab to remove casework, flooring replacement, computer and electrical access. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by Base Bid plus Selected Alternates. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds.
