The Calhoun City Board of Education is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Construction Firms for the construction of Calhoun Early Learning Academy, Calhoun, Georgia. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of a new 81,706 S.F. Early Learning Academy. A Bid Bond shall be included in the construction bid envelope. The Bid Bond shall be payable to Calhoun City School District in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the proposal amount.
