This project consists of, but is not limited to: the removal of existing built-up gravel roof system, removal of existing lightweight insulated concrete assembly (in most areas) in addition to metal deck, structural concrete deck, and light weight pour over tectum, removal of the original coal tar building up roof installed over the original Insulating Concrete Roof Deck (Zonolite). The new roof will require tapered insulation, cover board and two ply modified bitumen roof system. The work will also require the modification of existing HVAC curbs and lifting of existing natural gas service lines to accommodate latest IBC energy code requirements and new roof assembly.
