A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement, renovations, and improvements to the Campus Drive Circle as part of the University of Idaho Pedestrian Mall system, including new roadway and sidewalk concrete paving and accent concrete pavers, general site grading and storm drain collection improvements, new and relocated pedestrian lighting, site furnishings, accessible route designations, planting and irrigation adjustments and improvements, custom pilasters and custom Administration Clock lighting. Replacement and addition of concrete pavement in enhancing the South Academic Pedestrian Mall including development and extension of a fire access lane, new and modified landscape plantings and irrigation, accent concrete pavers, new and relocated pedestrian lighting, accessible route designations, campus site signage, general site grading and storm drain collection improvements. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
