The State Preservation Board (SPB) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors with sufficient experience and expertise to provide construction services for the Texas Capitol located in Austin, TX. Work includes demolition of existing partitions and installation of office partitions, custom casework, and doors in the Legislative Reference Library. Work also includes renovation of a restroom in the Capitol, which consists of demolition, construction of a new wall, fabrication and installation of a vanity and lavatory millwork, extension of mechanical and electrical service, plumbing connections and alterations, plaster patching, tiling, and painting. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
