The Project consists of the following major elements: Installation of a pressure reducing valve station including concrete vault with floor door, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, strainer, gate valve, ductile iron pipe and fittings, tapping sleeves and valves, missions communications remote monitoring equipment, etc. off Cassidy Lane and installation of a pressure relief valve and gate valve in a precast concrete vault (with floor door), ductile iron pipe and fittings, tapping sleeve and valve, etc. off Kristin Drive in Ringgold, GA. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement.
