The Erie County Water Authority will receive separate, sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, plant, tools, equipment and specified materials, etc. for Erie County Water Authority, Contract CH-012, Water System Improvements, Town of Cheektowaga. The Work consists of a single contract for the installation of approximately 6,400 linear feet of 12- inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances on Cayuga Creek Road, Town of Cheektowaga. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
