The water-main route turns west near the intersection of NYS Route 146 and Route 4 and will follow along the south side of Route 146 for approximately 2,500 feet. NYS Route 146 generally slopes down towards the east within the project limits with surface elevations ranging from 85 feet to 247 feet. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
