This project includes the renovation of a portion of the 1ST floor of the Charlotte‐Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC) for the Planning & Permit Center. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition, general construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing work, fire suppression and alarm work as necessary to up fit the space for its new use, with General Contractor serving as expediter for the owner supplied Telecom and carpeting work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
