The Chelwood Dr. Culvert Replacement and Chadbourne Ave. Culvert Replacement project consists of the removal of two existing sets of culverts, the construction of two double-barrel sets of culverts, and associated services that will include relocation of water mains including a fire hydrant, relocation of gravity sewer mains including the construction of a temporary sewer lines, coordination with utility agencies on other utility adjustments by others, roadway pavement reconstruction, and other appurtenances along Chelwood Drive and Chadbourne Avenue, Concord NC. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
