Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of leveling and resurfacing improvements to South Main Street and Turner Church Road located in the City of Enigma, Georgia. All improvements shall be funded with the City of Enigma Fiscal Year 2020 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) and (Additional Funding) as awarded from the Georgia Department of Transportation and from other city funds as required. The Scope of Work Includes: Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to South Main Street and Turner Church Road All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Enigma in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Enigma. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
