Erect a new 60' by 100' metal frame shop building and office area extension. Construct concrete pad and footings as designed. Truck in fill base rock and level area. City has pre-purchased building kit with doors, windows and insulation. Provide electrical, plumbing and gas rough-in. Install lighting, electrical outlets and gas heating. Replace any damaged components during construction. Coordinate with City to attach to utility stub-outs.
