The City of Santa Ana is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to in separate work orders and will include excavation, grading, removal & replacement of Asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, signing & striping. The contractor will be required to complete a minimum job order ($225,000) within 20 working days upon issuance of notice to proceed for that job order. Larger job orders will come with more working days in proportion to the amount of the job order. For example, a $450,000 job order will be required to be completed within 40 working days. The entire contract shall be job ordered and completed within 360 days. The City may elect to award two contracts in which case the two lowest total amounts of Base Bids will be reviewed, analyzed, and recommended. All required plans and details for the rehabilitation projects will be provided upon issuance of the job order. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
