The City of Covina, California (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for its program of transit maintenance and graffiti abatement services. Covina is taking an aggressive approach to have clean and well-maintained public transit areas and wants to provide those who live and work in Covina with a clean, attractive and graffiti-free environment that will complement other public works projects taking place throughout the City. The successful contractor will be required to provide appropriately equipped and trained maintenance personnel as well as requisite equipment in order to perform transit maintenance and graffiti abatement services. The scope of work is divided into five (5) Tasks: (1) Maintenance Services at City Bus Stops (2) Maintenance on Downtown Bicycle Racks (3) Maintenance at the Covina Metrolink Station (4) Maintenance at the Covina Metrolink Parking Structure (5) Citywide Graffiti Abatement Services. Q&A due by 04/17/19 at 2Pm. Prevailing wages.
