The Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete surface preparation and application of a new coating system over all exterior troweled cement plaster surfaces, all exterior wood trellis surfaces, all metal gates and doors/frames, and lettering affixed to the buildings of the Westlake Village Civic Center, including the Council Chambers, City Hall, the Library and all exterior columns, according to the technical specifications included in the Special Provisions. All existing improvements are to be protected in place during all phases of the work. Traffic control for pedestrian traffic to the Civic Center facilities shall be implemented as needed for adequate public safety. The work shall be performed in conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. Deadline for questions is October 18, 2023 by 11:00am. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
