The work consists of cleaning the interior of water main pipes of rust tubercles, deposits and other foreign matter and the rehabilitation of these water mains by inserting a new cured in place pipe (CIPP) structural lining within the interior of the existing pipe. Included in the contract is the supply and maintenance of temporary bypass pipe. The work is to be performed at various locations within the City of Rochester, as shown on the contract drawings. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
