The purpose of this bid is to establish a Lump Sum contract, with a qualified contractor to provide turn-key commercial demolition services, including but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, site safety, asbestos/mold/lead testing & abatement, FPL power, sewer capping, septic tank abandonment, HVAC removal & remediation, any and all hazardous waste removals, demolition, re-grading of site and proper disposal of all materials to a certified waste disposal facility in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
