The University of Utah is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide CM/GC Services for the Emergency Department Aesthetics Upgrade Project. This project will remove old standard finishes, fixtures, and furniture that are out of date, unsafe and in poor condition. The current standard finishes approved by the Aesthetics Standards Committee will replace the past standards. Upgrade flooring, paint, wall protection, millwork, lighting, and doors Introduce design throughout the hospital to support wayfinding and UUHC branding. Bonds required.
