The project will renovate and re-purpose the swimming pool and building core spaces (totaling ~20,000 SF) and add ~3,600 SF within the existing pool area with a mezzanine structure. It will also consist of some new skin/facade and windows to upgrade the look of the building. This will create a modern, comprehensive student recreation facility including fitness (cardio/weights), multi-use studios, indoor walking/running track, and other student recreation/wellness functions and service areas.
