Construction Management services include: constructability review, resident engineering, materials testing, traffic management, NPEDS, reporting, closeout & acceptance. The proposed project consists of 7,650 feet of on-street Class 1 and Class 4 bikeway improvements along Painters Path, Park View Drive, Monterey Avenue, Magnesia Falls Drive, and a connection from Magnesia Falls Drive to Hovley Lane East in Palm Desert. The on-street Class 1 improvements re-allocate existing roadway lanes to accommodate the new facility, which includes pavement markings with enhanced branding elements, a raised protective barrier curb to separate the facility from vehicular travel lanes, signs and associated minor pavement and concrete work. The Class 4 bike path improvements consist of upgrading an existing shared use path with markings, signage, and minor concrete work.
