Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk for William High School renovation. Phase One of the Williams High School renovations to include flipping the campus with a new entry feature and façade facelift on the north side of the building. Some sitework will be required to accommodate the new entry canopy. Major interior renovations to include a new administration suite, new counselor suite, new special education suite, and new art labs totaling approximately 66,000 sf. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
