The County of San Diego is requesting proposals from firms qualified to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the proposed 16- bed Tri-City Psychiatric Health Facility, located at 4002 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92056, and the Tenant Improvement of an 8,712 sf North Coastal Crisis Stabilization Unit located at 1700 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, California 92058. The Budget Not to Exceed (NTE) for the Project (both preconstruction and construction phases) shall be $18,198,885. Questions due by Feb 19th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
