Provide Design-Build services for Rammed Aggregate Pier ground improvements at the new Student Services Center in Fountain Valley. This building will be delivered via multi-prime construction delivery with this bid package including design services. The building consists of a new 2-story Student Services Center building totaling 53,000 square feet adjacent to the existing 4-story, active College Center building. The project is scheduled to be submitted to DSA in February 2020. The scope of the Rammed Aggregate Pier bid package includes complete design of the ground improvements, deferred approval submission to DSA, and installation for a complete system. It is anticipated that the Project construction will commence on November 1, 2020 and this scope of work will be complete by December 9, 2020.Bonds required. Q&A due by 02/12/20 at 4Pm. Prevailing wages. MWVBE goals.
