Scope includes renovation ot the existing employee restrooms, approx 700 SF located on the south side of the main floor of the building; convert an existing basement room (labeled Mechanical Equipment on the original building drawings) of approx 850 SF to a file storage room; convert the existing basement-level storage room of approx 1,500 SF to a conference room with associated storage and restrooms; convert the existing main floor conference room to a mix of new offices and workstations; and add a passenger elevator connecting the basement level, main floor and mid-point breakroom floor. The work will include asbestos abatement, electrical, data, elevator, plumbing, mechanical and structural work for a complete project. 120 calendar days.
