The DESIGN BUILDER shall be a firm, Joint Venture, or association specializing in design-build geotechnical specialty construction.The project site is located near the south end of Grand View Avenue in Colfax, California. Approximate site coordinates are 39.0805 degrees north and -120.9387 degrees west. Q&A due by 07/10/19.
