The work includes removal of existing roof, re‐nail decking, new Architectural shingles and underlayment, installation of hold down clips at rafters, repair of damaged decking, aluminum gutters and downspouts, minimum siding, replacement at gable sections, aluminum facia and vented soffit, repair of gable vents and construction of a new basement areaway roof. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
