The project consists of spall repairs, pothole repairs and crack repairs (> 1/16” wide) on sr 401/i75 sb. Outside travel lane, sr 300 eb. And wb. Travel lanes and ramps at sr 7 & sr 401/I-75 crisp County, within the limits of the below mile log. All pcc sections of the eb. And wb. Mainline and Ramps are to be included in the scope of the work. This includes concrete center turn lanes And concrete decel lanes on & off of sr 300, all on and off ramps for sr 401/I-75 and sr 7 to and From sr 300 eb. And wb., including the pcc median crossovers, and the pcc gore areas between The mainline of sr 300 and the ramps. The below detailed estimate quantities are for bidding Purposes only. This work also includes joint sealant in spall replacement/crack repair areas Shall be replaced as per the construction detail. Contractor shall furnish all labor Materials, equipment, means of transportation and incidentals necessary to perform work. Attached are the project notes, construction details, material notes, mile logs, special Provisions, typical section detail and maps that apply to this contract. Contractor must submit a bid bond or proposal guaranty for each bid submitted to the Department. Bid bonds or proposal guarantees not received by the Department before the due/close date and time will not be accepted and bid rejected.
