1.Tasks. The following describes the specific scope of services as it relates to each task. The proposed site is currently a vacant lot across from the main office. The District currently owns and maintains this property. The District is currently seeking to improve this lot. Task 1: Repair or replace existing drain catchment basin on west side of the subject property; Task 2: Sloping and grading to provide proper drainage to catchment basin. Install irrigation sleeve to connect to the natural sediment retention swale; Task 3: Install and compact aggregate base to a depth of 3” for asphalt area being paved. Gravel must be compacted to assure no more that 1” of flex of aggregate is permitted under 72,000 pounds of vehicle weighted load; Task 4: Install rolled concrete curb and flush concrete curbs as detailed on site plan supplied by the District; Task 5: Add binder layer to aggregate base to strengthen new asphalt surface; Task 6: Install new asphalt surface to a depth of 4” and insure proper drainage slope. Ensure that butt joints and transitions are flush and do not create a tripping hazard for pedestrians; Task 7: Install 3’ – 3 Rail Lodgepole fence along southern edge of site as defined by the site plan supplied by the District; Task 8: Stripe new asphalt surface as designed and laid out on the site plan supplied by the District; Task 9: Install D.G. Path on southeast corner of site as reflected on the site plan supplied by the District; Task 10: Install mulch & D.G. in non-paved areas of site as indicated by site plan.
