The work of this single-bid project will construct a new single-story 9,000 GSF steel framed emergency services building. Scope of work includes: site (new parking area, sidewalks, site lighting, flagpole, and landscaping), civil includes storm water management systems, steel structural system with joists, general construction (exterior metal panels, masonry, curtain wall, windows, steel studs, lay-in ceiling systems, specialty finishes), electrical/hot water HVAC systems, electrical and lighting, plumbing, sprinkler system, fire alarm system, building controls, IT systems. The building will tie into nearby utilities. The following items will be sole-sources: fire alarm system, building control system. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
