The Banks County School District (BCSD) desires to retain the services of a professional Construction Manager (CM) firm for the management, under construction management/contractor format, for the construction of certain facility projects. This request includes some or all of the projects described below. The Banks County School District shall have the right to terminate the relationship with the Construction Management firm at any time without cause. The Banks County School District (hereinafter referred to as Owner) plans to select the Construction Management Firm (hereinafter referred to as CM) that is in its sole discretion best meets the needs of the school district and to enter into a CM at Risk contract for the construction for the following project(s): Renovations or Modifications to Banks County Primary School.
