The City of Provo is inviting bids from all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) to provide preconstruction services for the Provo Water Advanced Treatment and Resource Recovery (WATRR) Center located at the site of the existing Water Reclamation Plant. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. the CM/GC will procure all subcontractors and vendors, and will be responsible for the Project’s construction, startup, commissioning, operator training, performance testing, and warranty services as agreed to in the CM/GC Construction Services Agreement.
