The scope of work is to provide Construction Management Services for the expansion of the existing school to accommodate 1,200 student stations for grades Kindergarten through Eighth grade. The existing school is an operating Charter School with 660 student stations. This school has several areas which are undersized and do not meet the district standards. The new expansion will provide an additional 540 student stations as well as the associated core support areas such as Administration, Dining, Gymnasium and select Arts areas. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
