OUC is seeking to review qualifications to select one or more of the most qualified firms using a Construction Manger at Risk approach which will include but not be limited to preconstruction and final construction services for a new OUC St Cloud O&M Facility. These facilities are being developed for the primary use of OUC`s electric transmission, distribution and substation operations in and nearby St Cloud. This facility may include but not be limited to warehousing, equipment laydown areas, bridge crane, offices, fleet maintenance, fueling station, parking, and roadways for ingress and egress. Firms with experience and ability, including successful completion of similar projects; qualifications of personnel; past CMAR and general construction performance; available bonding capacity; pre-construction services experience including value engineering, constructability evaluations, and detailed estimating; construction services experience including record keeping/administrative ability, critical path scheduling, cost control, quality control, and safety record. OUC expects the CMAR firms to deliver a quality constructed project at the lowest possible cost.
