The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (County) is soliciting Proposals (“Responses”) for Construction Management at Risk services using a Single-Step procurement process that includes both the Preconstruction and various Construction phases required to complete the Embassy Hills Wastewater Treatment Facility (EHWWTF) Improvement Project. One (1) Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm will be chosen to manage and oversee construction of the Project. The CMAR should have experience in constructing improvements at existing wastewater treatment facilities that must remain operational throughout the Project. The estimated construction cost of this Project is Sixteen Million Dollars ($16,000,000.00). No minimum value is guaranteed.
