The project consists of the construction of a new 10-Unit T-Hangar. The project has been broken into a Base Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1. The Base Bid will include the construction of the 10-Unit T-Hangar and Concrete Apron. The Additive Alternate No. 1 will include one bathroom and septic system.Bid security in the form of a bid bond, made payable to the City of Cochran, equal to five (5) percent of the total bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
