The project consists of but is not limited to the following: Construction of a new Employee Fitness and Wellness Center located at the El Paso County Courthouse, El Paso Texas. The project shall consist of enclosing the bottom portion of the main entrance walkway and renovating the adjacent lower level courtyards. The main walkway itself shall be modified to add waterproofing and a brick paver system. Q&A due by 05/20/19 at Noon.Bonds required.
