The scope of this project includes a distribution system within the right of way for both water and sewer capable of serving 345 units, as well as 223 on-site water and sewer hook-ups including septic system abandonment, well modifications, well abandonment and other associated water/wastewater utility work involved with bringing water/wastewater services to the Biltmore ‘C’ neighborhood. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
